Frequently Asked Questions
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for order processing and verification. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. (We ship world wide)
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
Please check our size chart prior to placing an order for best fit. There are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the size chart.
According to the shipping option you select orders within USA and Canada will be done within 2-7 business days, while orders apart from these will require additional time.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number and shipment details.
We ship all orders via Canada post (Direct Signature Required). We do not use any other shipping carrier.

We do not accept payments by cheque, we use a secured checkout and paypal is accepted.
