Returns & Exchanges
All Classfull sales are final – no returns or exchanges. Due to limited product and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please make sure you have chosen the correct product sizing, shipping address, and billing address as it cannot be modified or changed. Orders can only be cancelled if there are damages or errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us via email email@example.com.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian and US holidays.
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier. They will be able to better assist in locating your package.(If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, Contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible)
