Shipping POLICY

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian and US holidays.

If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier. They will be able to better assist in locating your package.

Packages that are shipped outside of America and Canada may have customs fees that you may have to pay to retrieve your order
